Loose materials are transported from the cutting machine or conveyor system to the material sorting and distribution machine, where they are conveyed in batches, unaffected by angle. The system can lift the material to a height of approximately 2 meters for short distances, enabling long-distance transportation.
The system uses a hopper-type conveyor, ensuring that no material spills during transport. Material loss is minimized; the conveyor is positioned high above the ground (approximately 2 meters), allowing operators to move freely between workstations without having to bend over, providing greater convenience and comfort.
The entire intelligent material feeding system, including the hopper, is driven by a single motor and a double-chain mechanism. This design minimizes potential points of failure and simplifies maintenance. Furthermore, the material remains stationary during transport, preventing spillage and breakage, which significantly reduces material loss and improves efficiency, resulting in substantial cost savings.
