    Vacuum Kneading Machine

    Compared to conventional kneading under atmospheric pressure, vacuum kneading offers the following advantages:

    ① Under vacuum conditions, the water sprayed in easily atomizes, ensuring uniform distribution;

    ② In a vacuum environment, the absence of air bubbles in the flour allows water to penetrate more easily, improving the kneading effect;

    ③ Vacuum kneading produces a denser dough structure;

    ④ Vacuum kneading allows for the use of more water during the kneading process;

    ⑤ Vacuum kneading reduces the required ripening time;

    ⑥ The dough generates less heat, resulting in a lower temperature.

    Gelatinization Conveyor

    1. It innovatively introduces the concept of static dough resting into mechanization. The conveyor belt feeding system ensures FIFO (First-In-First-Out) material flow.

    2. The fully enclosed design prevents moisture loss, maintaining optimal humidity and temperature for consistent dough hydration and improved uniformity.

    3. The flour-breaking mechanism employs a spiral auger. Its speed is synchronized with the conveyor belt, ensuring even feeding of small dough particles and guaranteeing consistent sheeting.

    Sheet And Fiber Composite Laminating Machine

    Product Highlights:

    1. The machine uses 7 pairs of high-chromium alloy rollers and 7 independent three-phase frequency-conversion motors, ensuring excellent rolling performance.

    2. The overall V-shaped design facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.

    3. Continuous automatic operation achieves a six-layer composite noodle sheet structure, resulting in noodles that are smooth on the outside, soft on the inside, dense yet airy, and with a uniquely chewy texture.

    4. All key components are sourced from reputable domestic and international brands, ensuring high stability and long service life.

    Scroll Dough Proofing Machine

    ◆ Automatically rolls dough sheets into scrolls for the proofing process.

    ◆ The outer surface of the dough scrolls can be manually wrapped in plastic film to prevent moisture loss.

    ◆ Utilizes the dough's natural heat and moisture retention for an enhanced proofing effect.

    ◆ Capacity: Can store up to 10 sets of proofing dough scrolls.

    Sheeting and Strand Cutting

    ◆ The dough sheet is progressively thinned through continuous roller sheeting, forming a dense, uniform sheet that meets specified thickness requirements. This process develops a more complete gluten network, ensures even moisture distribution, and gives the sheet enhanced toughness and strength.

    ◆ All continuous sheeting rollers are driven by independent frequency-controlled motors, allowing for one-touch operation. The system features automatic sheet connecting for continuous operation without manual intervention. An advanced detection system, managed by PLC, automatically adjusts dough sheet tension to maintain synchronized roller speeds, ensuring consistent and uniform sheet flow.

    ◆ The cutting blades feature high-precision meshing teeth for clean, sharp cutting. They effectively split the sheet into distinct, separate strands.

    ◆ The resulting noodles exhibit a smooth, flat appearance free of burrs, lumps, or stuck strands. The cutting edges are clean without loose particles or debris, significantly improving the surface finish of the noodle strands.

    Fresh Wet Noodle Packaging Machine

    1. Equipped with dual servo control, ensuring precise positioning, excellent packaging results, high production efficiency, and stable performance;

    2. All parameters can be adjusted via a user-friendly touchscreen interface, simplifying operation;

    3. Unique design features a compact and lightweight structure, saving space and facilitating easy movement;

    4. This equipment can simultaneously package various food products such as small bags of flour, dumplings, rice balls, and steamed buns.

    Application: Suitable for the entire process of conveying and plastic bag packaging of fresh, wet noodles, dumplings, rice balls, steamed buns, and similar products.
