In terms of drying technology, this system addresses a range of challenges faced by traditional drying equipment, including unclear zoning, turbulent airflow, inaccurate temperature and humidity control, inflexible production, high energy consumption, and low automation, by utilizing zoning, airflow control, temperature control, humidity control, flexible drive, energy conservation, and intelligent control. This system promotes the upgrading of noodle drying processes and helps companies achieve energy-saving, efficient, and high-quality production.

3. The intelligent energy-saving dried noodle drying system includes air intake and exhaust control units, a uniform air distribution system, a flexible conveying system, a temperature and humidity control system, a high-efficiency waste heat recovery system, and an intelligent control system. A human-machine interface enables automatic and precise control of the entire drying system.

4. The intelligent energy-saving noodle drying system offers excellent energy savings. Utilizing multi-stage recovery, multi-stage heating, and internal air recirculation, it achieves an average annual electricity consumption of 50kw/h per ton of noodles (this refers to energy consumed as a substitute for heat sources, excluding other power consumption such as fans and pumps).

    Centralized Hot Air Treatment System

    ◆ The zoning scheme is strictly based on the principles of noodle dehydration. Each zone is independent and operates as an independent unit.

    ◆ The airflow control scheme is based on the overall workshop design. Each drying zone is equipped with air supply and moisture removal functions. Air volume is individually adjusted through the air distribution system, achieving positive and negative pressure adjustments within each drying zone and ensuring uniform temperature and humidity along the length of each drying chamber.

    ◆ Air-to-air heat exchangers within the air intake and exhaust units provide primary recovery of exhaust heat. Utilizing technologies such as graded recovery, internal air circulation, and zoned heating, we achieve optimal heat recovery and excellent energy savings.

    Speed-Adjustable Noodle Conveying System

    ◆ The speed-adjustable noodle conveying device has adjustable noodle bar moving speed, adjustable spacing, and adjustable drying time of each drying link, which fully adapts to the flexible production of noodles.

    Air Intake, Exhaust And Hot Air Mixing System

    ◆ The air intake, exhaust, and hot air mixing system delivers treated hot air to various locations in the room, returns it to the unit, and partially exhausts it outdoors, optimizing the location of each air intake and exhaust port. The speed of the mixing fan in different drying zones is adjustable to ensure uniform temperature and humidity throughout the room.

    ◆ The intelligent automatic control system realizes unmanned management of the drying room, and the human-machine dialogue touch screen operation interface can add remote monitoring according to user needs.

    ◆ The intelligent energy-saving noodle drying system has significant energy-saving effects. The heat source energy consumption for drying noodles is: an average of 40-45kwh/ton in summer, an average of 60-65kwh/ton in winter, and an average of about 50-55kwh/ton throughout the year.
